Calling all fussy eaters, this 8-week family-friendly course will be facilitated by a qualified Public Health Nutritionist. We will focus on fussy eating, trying different tastes and textures, ways to involve children when cooking, recipe ideas, quick and fun meals and of course how to have fun with food. All recipes made during the classes can be taken home and every family will receive a folder with information sheets and recipe copies. Club365 returns from Friday 27th of September till Monday 30th of September, then again from Saturday 12th of October till Sunday 20th of October 2019 at our five venues in Motherwell and Wishaw. Clubs run from 11:30am till 1:30pm daily and children will receive a free meal.
Interested in learning about heart health and diabetes prevention? This 8-week course is for you! The course will be facilitated by a qualified Public Health Nutritionist and combines nutrition education with basic cooking and a weekly weigh-in (optional!!).
