Interested in learning about heart health and diabetes prevention? This 8-week course is for you! The course will be facilitated by a qualified Public Health Nutritionist and combines nutrition education with basic cooking and a weekly weigh-in (optional!!). All recipes are healthy and can be tailored to your needs.

Topics covered include; eating well for less, portion sizes, heart health, meal planning, fat, sugar and salt and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle whilst still enjoying food. Of course, this content can be altered if there is something specific you would like to learn.  All courses are free however places are limited.
